Amazing video man…thanks for all the info

Solid info from someone who actually knows how to apply it to their own physique!
He seems like a good size – not too big, not too small. No brokeback.

I’ve learned to trust scientific (preferably non-sponsored) studies more than “I’ve heard this guy say x or y”. I’ve heard tons of people say X or Y and more than half of the time, when really checking it up, they were talking nonsense. Just by saying “trust me”, you won’t convince me.
@SinisterSkip you bellend. he didnt say he uses if for cutting or gaining. he just said that he uses it when ever hes training.. Glutamine is an important part of supplementing. i take it.. and trust me you feel repaired alot faster than without it
@SinisterSkip
“bones”
@SuperLlama25
First off, your muscle for the largest part consists of water, not protein. Second: This “Your muscle is mostly glutamine, so you must take more of it” has been proven wrong in scientific studies. These socalled “logics” are often not as logical in practice. People also say your bonus consist mostly of calcium, yet people that have been taking calcium for FIVE years often show close to zero signs of bone density improvement. Assumptions sucks, science rocks.
@SinisterSkip glutamine is in 60 percent of your muscle..idk about it being above creatine since it does help gains by alot also, but glutamine is deff a must and is not overrated…
thats not him eating the burger
@blackfoxmp5
Not really. We have quite cheap stores here in the Netherlands. 10pounds of protein concetrate (80%) for 55 euro’s, 500grams Creapure Creatine micronized monohydrate for 14 euro’s, 500 grams of BCAA’s for 17 euro’s. It’s quite affordable. I prefer them seperate so I can use the BCAA’s in freeform, for full effect.
When I want 5grams of creatine a day, but 2-3 times a whey shake, I can’t do that with all-in-one supplements, so no thanks
@SinisterSkip Well, if it boils down to budget I can see why you are rating each supplement critically. I take a mass gainer that has all of the BCAAs, creatine monohodrate, l-glutamine, and the essential vitamins and minerals. Try buying proteins that have all of those supplements instead of buying them individually. That can get quite expensive lol
@blackfoxmp5
You can afford to have a full supplement stack, I can’t, so I need to make choices
The studies I’ve read give BCAA’s a much more anti-katabolic effect than glutamine. Many of the glutamine anti-katabolic statements based on theory. I prefer practice
@SinisterSkip And remember that glutamine is also an anti-catabolic agent.
that was good,thanks dude…….
nice vid. i love the fact that he just randomly took off his shirt and felt the need to flex in the middle of the gym with no warning.
