I recently purchased ‘Gold Standard’ Whey protein. I work out with my weightlifting team monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday. I am 6’0 ft. 151 pounds. Yes skinny, always have been pretty muscular though, but I want to really put some muscle on. I dont want to gain any fat and I’m a lot more concerned about looking more muscular and “popping” more than increasing my max and what not.
