work the abs everyday… i do 50 situps a day which isnt much but my stomach looks good. if wanting to gain muscle u need to feed them after ur workout, a good protein shake that will do it is a product called probolic sr, u can find it everywhere, GNC, vitamin world, vitamin shoppe… allot of those stores have them. what do u want to do get bigger? email me back and ill give u a workout routine
