Question by Jose: How can I make a bodybuilding weightlifting routine?
I want to start and make a bodybuilding exercise routine but I don’t know what exercise to do each day or how many because they say you need to change up your routine so your muscles wont get used to the same routine and si it can be more fun. Can somebody help ke please!!!!!

Question by Dion: Why is it so difficult to get huge muscles like a bodybuilder?
For those of us thin guys who want to pack on serious size, why is it difficult to get huge muscles like a bodybuilder? I love to eat a lot, but no matter what I eat, I can’t seem to gain any weight at all. As for lifting weights, the only thing that happens is, I’ll either get a nice pump, or my muscles will get quite sore, but that’s all. No serious impressive massiveness.

Because bodybuilders use steroids, and steroid muscles are NOT natural muscles.
