Answer by Schultzie_OL about a gallon, this helps flush out the extra vitamins you take. Also if you take creatine this ensures you are keeping hydrated because creatine takes water into the muscle. so try to aim for about a gallon, you should be peeing clear by the end of the night.

Answer by Bob If you want, try doing 5 days a week and have 2 days for a break and let your muscles relax. If you’re able to, try to work out everything in one session. Biceps,Triceps,Shoulders,back,Chest,stomach, and legs in a course of one workout session, and do that everyday. for 5 days.
